Brownies

Today I went to a party, and we all had to bring something. I made some Gluten Free brownies, and they are good. I used a mix, because let's face it they are so much easier. And you don't have to spend a lot of money on twenty different ingredients. This time I used Gefen brand. Gefen makes so much, from cookies to noodles. this brownie mix, as well as being gluten free is kosher. They taste great and you only need to add a few things to the mix.  Yum.

Bread

Bread is one of the harder things to find Gluten Free. But one of the things that, isn't the easiest but ends up tasting good for bread without wheat. It is Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free bread mix, "Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix," or " Cinnamon Raisin bread Mix," or " Hearty Whole Grain Bread Mix." to make these you do have to buy a bread maker. and making the bread takes a pain stacking amount of time.
If you are short on time, but have a full day, try Udi's gluten free bread. Udi's makes more than just bread also, muffins, bagels, etc. And, though it may not taste the same as normal bread... it's still good.

I am Gluten Free, because I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease about two years ago. Though I don't like being gluten free, I do it because I know it's all for my well fare. Still, if you are gluten free you know what I mean. In the past two years I have found a lot of great gluten free recipes, companies, and stores that sell GF.
